When the #MakeItFeelRight campaign launched back in 2019, it did so with the objective to raise awareness around the negative environmental impacts caused by the fashion industry. Fast forward two years and Lenzing is proud to say that the TENCEL™ brand has successfully raised awareness and built an eco-friendly society of brand partners and consumers alike. But of course, there is always more to be done, which is why the recent revitalization of the #MakeItFeelRight campaign has come at a pivotal moment in time. The global pandemic has impacted human movement and connection but the results for the environment have been anything but negative, fueling the need for a collective effort not to return to old habits and avoid a global climate crisis.

#MakeItFeelRight is a movement that the TENCEL™ brand wants everyone to be part of. It’s not just about keeping those who are already committed to sustainable practices informed, but about piquing the interest of those we know want to do more but just don’t know where to start. We’re asking people to join in, to actively share content online, to use their voices and their power as consumers by changing purchasing preferences and supporting brands who want to see a better future.

In addition to NGOs One Tree Planted and Redress, this year the campaign will include a variety of new and powerful influencers, including Lily Cole, Caitlyn Warakomski, Valeria Hinojosa and more! As social media influencers, their raw star power and dedicated audiences will play a big role in shaping the sustainability movement to #MakeItFeelRight.
